“After having read Patrick Mc Keown’s Oxygen Advantage book, I knew that I would never approach my work and daily activities, coaching or my own sport the same way again. The Oxygen Advantage Instructors course was the next step to enable me to confidently share my experience with my family, all those close to me and anyone who could be helped. I have embraced the program in all I do and have already reaped the benefits in my workplace and recent athletic events.

The Oxygen Advantage program is something that no one should be without.”
