Natasha Stevens is a breathwork coach, yoga instructor and personal trainer. Natasha grew up in Hastings, UK participating in athletics from a young age, specifically cross country running and tetrathlons. In 2003, Natasha completed her RYT 200hr yoga certification and began teaching at a corporate level. After her move to the US, Natasha completed her 30hr Relax and Renew restorative yoga training in 20212 and apprenticed under the guidance of Dr. Judith Lasater. Her interest in the compelling benefits of breathwork intensified whilst working with individuals struggling with stress and burnout. Completing the Oxygen Advantage® Functional Breathing Instructor Training in 2023 has given Natasha a deeper scientific understanding of how the breath impacts our physiology. A large part of Natasha’s breathwork instruction is restorative, to down-regulate and calm the nervous system, but she has also worked with individuals struggling with ‘flared rib syndrome’ and other functional issues.
Natasha offers both group and individual sessions in the Charleston, SC area that incorporate movement, breathwork and meditation.
