How long is the session?
The workshop runs for approx 1 hour. We’ll begin right on time, so we recommend joining a few minutes early to get settled.
Do I need prior experience to attend?
No prior experience in yoga or breathwork is necessary. The workshop is designed to benefit both beginners and experienced practitioners.

What equipment do I need for the workshop?
