Based in Taipei (Taiwan), freediving instructor and coach certified under 3 of the highest regarded freediving organizations (AIDA, Molchanov, Apnea Total) Anthony Feoutis is the co-founder of “Vertical Dreamers Freedive Taiwan”. His deep knowledge of breathing and breath-hold associated with the tremendous benefits of the Oxygen Advantage® program will help you to not just boost your sports performances but also to improve your energy level in your everyday life. Anthony will teach you how to become a stronger version of yourself through a better understanding of your body and will show you the secrets to become a master of your breath.

The courses are open to everybody, no matter your age or your fitness level and are taught in English, French or Chinese
