Kinesitherapeut - Stress- en burn-outcoach - acute en chronische hyperventilatie - hartcoherentie en ademtherapie - slaaptherapeut - Oxygen Advantage advanced instructor.
Als erkend therapeut ben ik toegewijd aan het welzijn van mijn patiënten en richt ik me erop om mijn kennis met jou te delen om jou te helpen je lichaam terug in balans te brengen. Heb je last van lichamelijke klachten die langer dan enkele weken duren? En is er bij medisch onderzoek geen aandoening gevonden die de klachten voldoende verklaart: gevoel van onrust, gejaagdheid, vermoeidheid, slaapproblemen, hartklachten, angsten, hyperventilatie, mist in het hoofd, … Je vanuit een totale en persoonlijke visie begeleiden, staat centraal in mijn therapie. Er is sprake van Somatisch Onvoldoende verklaarde Lichamelijke Klachten (SOLK) als jouw lichamelijke klachten langer dan enkele weken duren en als er bij adequaat medisch onderzoek geen aandoening is gevonden die de klachten voldoende verklaart.
Naast mijn opleiding kinesitherapeut, volgde ik aanvullende opleidingen tot VESB Erkend Stress en Burn-outcoach (HRD-Academy) - Slaaptherapeut (ICZO) - Hartcoherentie coach (Louvanie - Nervacoaches) - Chronische en Acute Hyperventilatie (IPVK). Lichaamsgerichte psychotherapie ademwerk (Agape Belgium). Ik geef in mijn therapie ook Yin Yoga (Yoga Alliance), Yoga Nidra en Qi Gong ( ICZO) als ondersteuning.
Zuurstofvoordeel, Oxygen Advantage” geeft mij de tools voor het verder uitbouwen van een optimale functionele ademhaling: balans en harmonie tussen lichaam, geest en emoties met een vleugje spiritualiteit.
Daarnaast ben ik ook docent slaapschool bij IZCO (https://www.iczo.be/www.iczo.be) : slaaptraining voor volwassenen. Ik geef freelance workshops in bedrijven.

As a licensed therapist, I am dedicated to the well-being of my patients and focus on sharing my knowledge with you to help you bring your body back into balance. Do you suffer from physical complaints that last longer than a few weeks? And medical research has not found a condition that sufficiently explains the complaints: feeling restless, agitated, fatigue, sleeping problems, heart problems, fears, hyperventilation, fog in the head, ...Guiding you from a total and personal vision is central to my therapy. There is Somatic Insufficiently Explained Physical Complaints if your physical complaints last longer than a few weeks and if adequate medical examination has not found a condition that sufficiently explains the complaints.
