How to Prepare for the Breathing for Yoga Workshop
Set up your space
Find a quiet, comfortable space free from distractions with enough room to move through yoga poses and practice breathing exercises
Gather necessary equipment
A yoga mat, comfortable clothes, a cushion or blanket to sit on, water to stay hydrated
Prepare mentally and physically
Arrive a few minutes early to settle in, avoid heavy meals close to the session to stay comfortable during the practice
Have a notebook and pen
Keep a notebook handy to jot down any important points, insights, or questions that arise during the workshop
Be open and ready to learn!
Come with an open mind, ready to learn new techniques and integrate them into your yoga practice
