From the training, I use it to enhance my mental health workshops that I have throughout the year. Patrick McKeown has changed my life and the lives of others, and I am so lucky to have learned from him.

I am also a teacher and hugely passionate about mental health. Throughout my years of education, I have seen a huge gap in the curriculum on where we don’t educate children enough on mental health at an early age.

I wish when I was younger that someone that someone taught me how to sleep properly, how to breathe properly, how to slow down the mind, how to cope in life situations such as learning to prepare for an exam, and how to deal with anxiety in an exam room.

Thanks to Patrick, I have now opened a second business called Nurturing Minds where I tutor children after school and within the service, we do breathwork session with the kids, teaching them the importance of functional breathing.
