About Me
I am a professional athlete and performance coach based in Munich, Germany. Sport has been at the center of my life for over 20 years - including now 13 years as a professional golfer, competing globally. Playing at a high level keeps me closely connected to the realities of performance, while shaping how I coach others.
My path to the Oxygen Advantage (OA) began with my own search for better focus, energy, and resilience. As a child, I overcame a stutter through breathing and meditation, which showed me the transformative power of the breath. Later, as an athlete and sports scientist (M.A.), I was drawn to the science-based, practical methods of OA. I have practiced and taught these techniques for years, working with athletes at the highest level — including one of Germany’s top footballers at Bayern Munich — as well as business leaders and professionals striving for peak performance.
Today, I teach both online and face to face in Munich, supporting athletes, executives, and individuals from all walks of life who want to feel and perform at their best. Whether it’s enhancing wellbeing, sharpening focus, or finding calm in daily life, I guide clients through a personalized and practical approach.
