Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (Mon–Fri). Depending on the size and delivery address, orders are sent by either Registered Post, FedEx, DHL, or DPD.
We ship worldwide from Ireland, EU by standard registered post (with tracking).
US and Canada orders are shipped from our warehouse located in the US by trackable courier.

If you need to cancel your order because of any issue, contact our team immediately. We will be more than happy to help walk through the cancellation and process your refund.
All merchandise may be subject to duty or other taxes upon importation into your country. Oxygen Advantage is not responsible for any importation charges or government fees that may apply.
A clearance fee may also be charged by your local post office on dutiable parcels. This may appear as “Additional Postage” or “Postage Due”.
Items purchased online will only be delivered to the shipping address provided in your order.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email: orders@oxygenadvantage.com to arrange your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 business working days."
Our courses and trainings have a 7-day trial period. If, within that time frame, you are dissatisfied with the product or its results, we will reimburse the full amount. Requests for refunds beyond this period will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
