Members may not post their code or tracking link on coupon sites, and it may result in termination of membership and cancellation of commissions. Examples of coupon sites include retailmenot, joinhoney.com, and offers.com.
Members may not advertise on Google Ads using Oxygen Advantage keywords or similar advertisement services.
Members may use the provided imagery made available to them when approved for the Rewards Program.

5. Payment:
At the end of each month, we process payments to your PayPal email address if your total commission reaches €100 or more.
Eligible members of the Oxygen Advantage Rewards Program will receive commissions on all consumer orders placed on OxygenAdvantage.com. The commission rate may be subject to change. Wholesale orders are excluded. Commissions are tracked with a unique tracking link. There is a 7-day lookback window for purchases made using the tracking link. Commissions are calculated off on product revenue, including tax revenue (VAT). Commissions do not include shipping on customer orders. We reserve the right to reverse commissions due to returns, order cancellations, and erroneous order duplications. We also reserve the right to defer or refuse commissions for disputed orders or orders we reject and cannot fulfil.
Rewards Program payments will be sent within 10 business days after the end of each month. There is a minimum threshold of 100 EURO that needs to be reached.

All Rewards Program members must comply with the General Data Protection Regulation of the EU and all other anti-spam laws. Upon termination, you agree to discontinue the use of all links, logos, banners, and promotional materials provided to you by Oxygen Advantage. Members terminated due to malicious publishing tactics will also have commissions revoked.
