  • Level 1 focuses on functional breathing, grounded in the three core dimensions: biochemical, biomechanical, and psychophysiological. You’ll learn to assess breathing patterns, improve respiratory health, and guide others in techniques that restore balance and calm.
  • Level 2 takes things further- training your breath as a tool for mental and physical performance. You’ll apply breath-hold protocols and performance breathing techniques to build resilience, sharpen focus, and support athletic capacity under pressure.

Across 100+ hours of self-paced modules and live zoom sessions with Patrick, you’ll build deep, practical expertise in the Oxygen Advantage method.  To achieve your certification, you must score a minimum of 80% on assessments and submit 3 case studies which the Oxygen Advantage team review and evaluate.
