Level 2 takes things further — training breath as a tool for mental and physical performance. You'll apply breath-hold protocols and performance breathing techniques to build resilience, sharpen focus, and support athletic capacity under pressure.
Across 100+ hours of self-paced modules and live sessions with Patrick, you'll build deep, practical expertise in the Oxygen Advantage® method. To achieve certification, you must score a minimum of 80% on assessments and submit 3 case studies reviewed by the Oxygen Advantage team.
