Hi, my name is Vic Petri.  I offer high performance coaching for people that want more out of their career and personal life.

With 30+ years of experience in business and as an executive leader, I know the toll that high pressure work environments can take on our health, relationships and life experience.  I work with my clients to develop strategies for sustainable high performance so they have more energy, improved focus and mental clarity, better resilience, and more joy in their work and personal life. Clients learn the tools they need to achieve their goals with a focus on sleep, mind-state, nutrition and movement.

Functional breathing is foundational to supporting optimal performance and wellbeing.  The Oxygen Advantage approach is excellent for anyone who wants to take their performance to the next level, whether it be in business, sports, relationships, wellness or overall life experience.  For me personally, breath work has improved my sleep, resilience, meditation practice, athletic performance, and overall sense of wellbeing. I also believe I’ve become a better husband and father.
