I’m the founder of High Quality Life Method because I truly believe that life has meaning when we live it consciously, and breathing is a simple yet fantastic tool for doing so. If we want to be healthy and happy, it is inevitable that we also take care of our health, which breathing can also greatly support or hinder.
As an Oxygen Advantage Advanced instructor, nutrition coach and movement enthusiast, I help busy adults reconnect with their bodies, calm their minds and live their life consciously. I guide people who want to improve their everyday performance by simplifying complex health strategies into practical daily habits. I’m here for those people, who want to get back to their real self but don’t know where to start.
I integrate functional breathing into my coaching programs helping my clients improve their focus, sleep, recovery and resilience. I work both online and in-person in Dénia, Spain, and I love supporting anyone who’s ready to slow down, breathe better, and upgrade their quality of life. I especially enjoy working with women navigating burnout, parents juggling life and health, and individuals seeking real, grounded change - just like me.
