Hi, I’m Dorte – a health enthusiast, lifelong learner, and a firm believer in the body’s natural ability to heal when given the right conditions. With over 20 years of experience in holistic health, I help people reconnect with their breath, their body, and their joy.
My journey into breathwork started on the yoga mat, but deepened when I saw the rise of long-COVID symptoms among my clients during the pandemic. As a homeopath, I needed tools that could meet people exactly where they were — exhausted, anxious, and out of breath. That led me to Oxygen Advantage®, and it has since become a powerful part of both my personal and professional toolkit.
Before stepping into the world of healing, I had a long international career in banking and media, living and working all over the world. But chronic stress became my turning point. I’ve felt firsthand what it’s like when the nervous system says “no more.” That experience now fuels my passion: to help others prevent burnout, find balance, and live with more energy and ease.
What I Offer
I work holistically, combining the science of functional breathing with the wisdom of yoga and the deep, individualized support of homeopathy. I support people dealing with:

Breathing Coaching – Tailored programs based on Oxygen Advantage® principles to regulate stress, improve breathing patterns, and enhance sleep and energy
Homeopathy – Root-cause healing for both acute and chronic imbalances
Yoga & Pranayama – I’ve practiced yoga for over 30 years and taught yin and pranayama for the past 3. My classes focus on nervous system support, fascia release, lymphatic flow, and emotional balance
Corporate & Group Work – I teach breathwork at SATS Denmark and FOF Køge Bugt, and facilitate breathing programs for businesses and retreats to boost resilience and well-being

You can join me for weekly yin yoga classes infused with Oxygen Advantage® techniques at SATS Denmark and FOF Køge Bugt, where I guide participants in relaxing, recharging, and reconnecting with their breath.
