I was born in Sicily, at the foot of Mount Etna, where my love for nature, travel, and endurance adventure began. After earning a degree in Tourism Economics, I spent over a decade working and traveling around the world before returning to Sicily in 2000 to launch my own company, offering responsible walking tours to discover Italy’s most beautiful regions.

My passion for running and trail adventures led me to organize my first five-stage trail race across Sicily’s volcanoes in 2003. After 15 years of intense physical activity, injuries, and professional burnout, I discovered yoga — a practice that transformed my approach to movement, recovery, and life. Since then, yoga and conscious breathing have become my daily anchors.

Today I live in Annecy, France, where I continue my work in responsible tourism while devoting more of my time to the world of yoga and breathwork. I am a certified Hatha Yoga teacher, Running Yogis instructor, and Breathing Coach. I am also passionate about freediving and Instructor of the Wim Hof Method.
