At its core, her work supports people to meet change from the inside out. Tapping into the deep innate intelligence of the breath and body to rebalance the nervous system, optimise health and wellbeing, elevate performance and potential, and restore energy and vitality. She has a particular interest in working with purpose-driven leaders, founders and entrepreneurs, as well as women navigating the complexities of midlife transitions.
Kate brings a practical, integrative, and holistic lens to the way she guides and works alongside her clients. Her approach is evidence-based and trauma-informed, drawing on the four core pillars of breath, body, nature, and community.
Her greatest strength is presence and her intuitive ability to listen beyond words, attuning to the body’s subtle cues, patterns, and deeper signals. She works with each individual’s conditioning and historic shaping to help untangle the barriers that get in the way of change, and to create more embodied, regenerative pathways for healing and growth.
Kate’s work is rooted in a long-standing curiosity about the intricate relationship between the body and mind: how we breathe, move, feel, think, act, react, relate, and adapt. She studied Sports Science and has since trained in a range of cutting-edge coaching and facilitation modalities, including Oxygen Advantage Breathwork, Strozzi Somatics, Body-Oriented Coaching, Physical Intelligence, and TRE®. She is also a nature-based facilitator. Dedicated to her own learning and practice, she continues to study in embodiment, breathwork and Rites of Passage traditions.
Through The Rewilding Edge, Kate offers coaching & mentoring, experiential programmes and immersive retreats. She works with individuals, groups and corporates both online and from various locations in West Sussex. She is flexible to travel.
