I am a nutritionist from Germany (Hamburg) focusing mainly on active people trying to improve their performance through nutrition and recovery methods.

Through my Research and own journey to more health (dealing with asthma, allergies and chronic pain) I came across breathing a couple of years ago. It didn't take long to see how big the impact on well-being and performance in sports can be.

I choose to get a Certification from Oxygen Advantage to integrate breathing practices as a part of the recovery process into my coaching with clients, which I do mostly online but also in person.
