I was drawn to the Oxygen Advantage method as a powerful and practical way to deepen my mastery over breath and inner calm. What I found was a science-based approach that not only supports athletic performance and recovery but also enhances mental clarity, resilience, and long-term health. For me, this work complements and amplifies the benefits of my background in Qigong and Neigong—a fusion that empowers individuals to live more fully in their bodies, with greater vitality, awareness and peace of mind.
I currently offer both online and in-person instruction (locally in Taos) to individuals and groups. My ideal clients are people of all ages and backgrounds who are seeking to improve their health, vitality, and self-awareness through functional breathing.
