About Me
Andre Paul is a professional researcher / data analyst and an active practitioner of multiple modalities for healing, personal growth, and self-integration. His long-term practices include martial arts, golf, yoga, and breathwork, among others.
Andre trains and competes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (purple belt level through Gracie Barra Jupiter) and lives in Jupiter, FL (Palm Beach Area). He moved to Jupiter, FL just before the pandemic in 2020 upon completing his Master’s Degree in Sustainable Innovation from The University of Vermont. In seeking to combine his passions for sustainability and golf, Andre began his journey with personal and interpersonal healing work (or inner sustainability), leading to several years of experience with the Wim Hof Method.
In 2023, Andre trained for six months under Master OA Instructor Bryan Mirabella to gain mastery of breathing fundamentals while taking the “work” out of breathwork. After this training, Andre sought to deepen his mastery of “inner-standing” while serving others with the knowledge he gained by completing the Oxygen Advantage® Advanced Instructor Training in early 2024.
Andre pursues (and helps his clients with developing) self-mastery and psychophysiological integrity within a context of safety, longevity, and long-term sustainability. Andre teaches group classes to those seeking clear priorities for improving well-“Being” through the breath. Andre also has availability for 1:1 coaching of those looking to deepen their healing and performance benefits through functional breath training (face-to-face, online, or both).
