About Me
Nice to meet you, I’m Assaf Festinger. Certified Oxygen Advantage breathing instructor, clinical dietitian, holding a B.Sc. in Nutritional Sciences and an M.Sc. in Nutritional Sciences. I am also a movement educator and have been a coach for over a decade, specializing in gymnastics, movement, and CrossFit training.
I am the founder and owner of Motion Community, an established and unique studio located in the Upper Galilee, home to a large and vibrant community of trainees of all ages. In addition, I teach in Moshav Eliad, located in the Golan Heights in northern Israel.
In addition to coaching, I lecture and lead workshops across the country on topics such as nutrition, fitness, and breathing — practical sessions designed for both trainees and coaches looking to deepen their knowledge and gain professional tools.
With over seven years of breathwork practice, I’ve developed a deep understanding of my own body, refining the connection between movement, nutrition, and the mind. These elements have helped me build mental resilience, strengthen my body, and live in greater balance.
I integrated the Oxygen Advantage method into my professional practice because I believe that breathing is a gateway to improving daily function — enhancing focus, reducing stress, strengthening the immune system, and boosting athletic performance. Backed by scientific research, this method offers anyone a clear path to real change, whether you are an athlete, a professional, or simply someone looking to improve your quality of life.
Today, I guide people on their personal journeys of exploration and growth, helping them step outside their comfort zones and embrace a life full of vitality.
