Avril Power

Avril is the owner of Minding You, a wellness practice based in County Waterford. She is a certified Oxygen Advantage Instructor, Blissful Breath Breathwork Instructor, meditation teacher, weightlifting coach, and Reiki practitioner. Avril also hosts wellness retreats and workshops, bringing her expertise to the local community through enriching, transformative experiences.

With a background as a professional Irish dancer, Avril has a deep passion for fitness, sports, and the power of breathwork. She believes in using breath not only to enhance athletic performance but also as a tool to calm the mind and body in moments of stress, anxiety, or preparation for competitions, meetings, and events.

Having personally experienced the profound benefits of the Oxygen Advantage program over the past few years, Avril is dedicated to helping others improve their fitness, recovery, and overall wellbeing. Her goal is to support clients in living healthier, more balanced lives through the power of mindful breathing.

Based in County Waterford, Avril offers one-on-one and group sessions, both online and in person.
