Ben Exton

Ben Exton is a clinical exercise physiologist and strength and conditioning coach helping people take charge of their health and performance.

Ben has worked with elite sporting teams (Tonga Rugby, South Korea Swimming) and athletes (surfing, Taekwondo, BJJ) in Australia and overseas.

Ben now works in Northern NSW clinically helping people with chronic disease management, pulmonary rehab and injury rehabilitation as well as a number of individual athletes in soccer, surfing and martial arts. Ben's focus is on optimising all aspects of their lifestyle and training to meet their goals.
