About Me
Self-directed explorer of human performance and potential, Bob is an Oxygen Advantage Master Instructor and Level 2 Buteyko Educator. Bob trained directly under Patrick McKeown and became a certified instructor in 2018. He is also a Level 2 Wim Hof Method Instructor trained directly under Wim Hof, and has trained extensively with HRV clinician and practice leader Dr Jay Wiles.
In his Oxygen-Advantage based Full Power program, Bob has trained hundreds since 2020 in functional and performance breathing, along with HRV biofeedback and other complementary modalities provided by a deep bench of Guest Coaches. From elite mountaineers, marathon swimmers, and professional athletes to moms and dads and students looking to feel and perform better in their daily lives.
More widely, through his company, Breathe Your Power, Bob puts people back in touch with their innate powers, their native capacity to modulate their autonomic nervous system, to become resilient, happier, healthier, stronger, improve performance, find their voice, stay present, and change and shift their lives with more ease and grace.
Bob partners and collaborates with HRV device companies, retreat providers, dental practices, osteopaths, chiropractors, mindset programs, gyms, triathlon programs, open-water swim programs, and school-lunch pioneers.
He has trained thousands since 2017 using breath, HRV training and biofeedback, mindset, learning about physiology and neurology, aligning with circadian programming, fun, controlled stressors (such as challenges, movement, heat, and cold), and community to create a space for exploration, growth, performance optimization, and transformation.
