Following suffering from anxiety myself for years after losing my Dad, I had to search out and trial various options to control it, with little or no guidance.

Now with my anxiety under control for years, I felt the need to pass these tools on to others who can use them to take back control of their lives.

Oxygen Advantage is one of my elements, along with meditation and cold water therapy, which can be taught face to face or online across the Northwest.

I work with clients on a one to one basis, in groups or corporate companies looking to improve their employees mental health.
