Danielle Smith

I am based in the Gold Coast QLD. I have a passion for understanding the human body in regards to optimal performance in life and in sport.

My desire to learn has led me down the path of discovering how important the breath is to overall health and I am excited to share this knowledge with as many people as I can.

I have a background working as a Remedial massage therapist and sports trainer with professional sports teams and am also a Wim Hof Instructor.

I endeavour to work with Professional athletes in regards to performance & Adults and children with breathing Dysfunction (anxiety, asthma).
