Darja Tjioe

Darja is a yoga teacher, yoga teacher trainer, freedive instructor and breath coach, based in The Netherlands and traveling the world, sharing her love for the practice where she can. She first discovered the power of breath when she started her yoga practice many years ago. Today, she learned to harness the full power of OA breathing for her other passion; freediving. A fervent competitor, holding multiple world- & national records, she truly understands what breathing can do for both physical and mental strength.
