David Croft

David specialises in improving joint pain by using a multitude of different movement and mobility techniques, combining breathwork in with these practises. A certified Yoga Teacher, Resistance Stretching Trainer, Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist, and Animal Flow instructor amongst others, David has a thirst for knowledge so he can pass that on to his clients.

Having used the Oxygen Advantage techniques in his own training, he quickly realised how life changing the power of the breath can be for physical, mental and emotional health.

His goal is to simply help and empower people to feel better, The Oxygen Advantage techniques go a long way in helping him and his clients achieve that.
