About Me
David Reveles, founder of Origins Unity LLC, is a passionate Health Coach, Corporate Wellness Consultant, and Retreat Leader based in Seattle, Washington. As the co-founder of the Seattle Meditation, Breathwork, and Cold Exposure Meetup, David is dedicated to raising our quality of life through cost-effective and simplistic means. His journey began with a commitment to mental health advocacy, leading him to speak to tens of thousands of people across the U.S.
David’s approach integrates a wide range of mind-body techniques, including Breathwork, Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness, Meditation, Yoga, Qi Gong, Fitness, Nutrition, and Epigenetics. As an Oxygen Advantage® Breath Training Instructor, he incorporates this method into his holistic wellness framework, helping clients manage life’s challenges and unlock their full potential. He offers services both online and in-person, working with individuals seeking comprehensive mind-body wellness, corporate teams enhancing workplace well-being, and community groups looking to deepen connections.
David is also a lifelong athlete and martial artist, competing at a lower-tier professional level in Jiu Jitsu. He entered college on a wrestling scholarship and has even overcome breaking his back.
David’s true goal, as he often says, is: "I teach mind-body medicine to create more community, connection, and collaboration. Through holistic wellness techniques, we can harness our highest capacity and greatest ability, while connecting with like-minded individuals on this basis.”
