I am Dr. Payal Jain, and for over 22 years, I have dedicated my life to the field of physiotherapy, driven by a profound fascination with the human body and its potential for healing. My journey began with obtaining a Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) in Cardiorespiratory Sciences, which laid the foundation for my extensive career as well as in breathing.
Along the way, I’ve pursued various specializations to deepen my expertise and provide comprehensive care. I am a Certified Dry Needling Practitioner, have completed an Advanced Breathing Instructor Course, have done advanced clinical nutrition from medvarsity. My qualifications also include certification as a Lymphatic Drainage Practitioner, a Gut Health Specialist, and a Vagal Stimulation Practitioner. Each of these certifications has enriched my ability to address a wide range of health concerns and promote overall well-being.
My expertise spans several key areas: Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapy, where I focus on improving heart and lung function; Dry Needling Therapy, which alleviates muscle pain; Breathing Techniques and Exercises to enhance respiratory health; and Lymphatic Drainage for effective fluid movement. Additionally, I offer guidance in Gut Health and Nutrition, Vagal Stimulation, Respiratory Rehabilitation, Chronic Disease Management, and Pain Management.
