About Me
Gabriel Beaver is an ultramarathoner, vipassana meditator, host of The Bridge Podcast, and breathwork facilitator whose journey of self-discovery and healing has profoundly shaped his life and work. In 2020, during the pandemic, Gabriel embarked on a transformative path, establishing a breathwork and cold exposure practice that became a lifeline. In 2022, breathwork and cold exposure saved his life. This experience ignited a deep sense of duty and responsibility to share these transformative tools with others.
Gabriel integrates a holistic approach in his work, blending techniques from various disciplines. His practice incorporates Oxygen Advantage® methods through nasal breathing, somatic techniques, energy work (Reiki Level 1 Certified®), and vipassana meditation techniques learned from a 10-day silent meditation in May 2024. Gabriel has facilitated all over the world from the serene mountains of Tuscany, Italy, vibrant hostels in Lisbon, Portugal, to his own backyard in Cleveland, Ohio.
With this responsibility, Gabriel offers 1:1 sessions, group events, corporate wellness programs, small group training and more all available in person and remotely. Based in Cleveland, he hosts local group events and works with clients ensuring that the powerful tools of breathwork and cold exposure are accessible to a wider community. Through his podcast and various engagements, Gabriel continues to facilitate and guide others on their own journeys toward healing and self-discovery.
