Georgie Lawlor

Georgie’s journey into breathwork began in the world of performance—not in sports, but on stage. As a professional actress and vocalist, she spent years mastering the skills of presenting to large audiences while developing a deep understanding of breath control for pre-performance preparation, physical endurance, vocal health, longevity, and hyper-focus.

Since discovering the power of the breath, Georgie has gone on to train as a physiotherapist, where she continues to pursue her passion for a female-informed approach to coaching breathwork and movement.

She regularly teaches breathwork workshops across the UK and internationally with Wild Times retreats. She is also a mentor in the OA mentoring program and a coach on the Female Breathing Course.
