Heather Griffiths

Spending over 30 years working as an Athletic Therapist, and Osteopathic Practitioner in high performance sport and private practice, Heather has a passion for sharing knowledge and assisting people of all abilities in safely and effectively accomplishing, or returning to, the activities they love to do.

Heather believes in the importance of meeting people where they are at, no matter their age or ability, to create a solid functional foundation to help them move through life with more ease. She truly feels grateful to be able to share the Oxygen Advantage program with people who are looking to make use of their breath to help create positive changes to their health and athletic performance.

Although much of her background is within sport, Heather also has a keen interest in the relationship between breathing and female hormones. An ongoing student, she continues to learn and implement the latest information with her clients, when she’s not chasing after her preschooler.
