About Me
My name is Joseph and I am a breathwork Instructor working out of Norfolk, England. I have been researching and applying breathwork throughout the various stages of my life, and from what I have come across The Oxygen Advantage system is one of the best.
Since experiencing first-hand, the demobilizing effects of Anxiety on my sports performance, I have made it my main interest to learn and teach the system that helped me.
My background is in teaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Karate, Basketball, and Various fitness/movement programs as well as hosting hiking events and cycle tours. I was a long-term Kindergarten, tutor and, school teacher located in Hong Kong prior to relocating to the UK.
I teach the Oxygen Advantage techniques to increase people’s physical performance and general health.
I also offer help to people who suffer from Asthma, anxiety, stress, sleeping problems and various stress difficulties.
I’m available Online for Individual or groupwork.
I offer in person group work and one to one Oxygen Advantage instruction. As well as Brazilian Jiujitsu technical coaching with an emphasis on The Oxygen Advantage techniques.
I host Local Guided walks and meditative workshops focusing on implementing The Oxygen Advantage techniques around the Norfolk area.
