Josh Komen

My name is Josh Komen. I’m a former New Zealand track athlete and two-time cancer survivor, I also underwent a allogenic stem cell transplant.

I’m an Author of my own book "the wind at my back" I’m a motivational speaker a cold immersion instructor, now an Oxygen Advantage instructor. I incorporate my teachings to athletes, people whom are suffering from health issues and anyone willing to improve their own wellbeing.

I teach Oxygen Advantage breathing and cold immersion and share my own journey as this what has helped reclaim my own mental and physical health.

I teach online, and one to one. I’m based in in Greymouth New Zealand.
