Liam Murphy

Liam is a community pharmacist, teacher and board certified Lifestyle Medicine practitioner based in Phillip Island, Victoria.

He and his partner Abbie run the Yoga and Health Studio 'La Onda Phillip Island', where they have a range of offerings including yoga, breathwork and meditation classes as well as events to promote community connection.

As a keen surfer and open minded health professional, Liam was drawn to the Oxygen Advantage for its scientific foundations and it's ability to provide both benefits to both mental health and sports performance.

La Onda is offering workshops and courses in the Oxygen Advantage techniques as well as functional surf training that combines breathwork with mobility and strength building exercises.
