Matthias Hunkeler

Matthias is a high-in-demand breathing instructor from Zurich, Switzerland, working with athletes, executives, schools, and companies, including On Running, Soho House, and Lululemon.

He has been working with some of the leading researchers, thinkers and teachers within the area of emotional intelligence, meditation, breathwork, movement and yoga. A key focus has always been building bridges between the different environments in which he has lived and worked in.
