Expressed simply, I am a breath coach and facilitator. On top, I’m a multi-passionate person and I thrive on developing myself and putting myself in new learning experiences.

My purpose in life right now is to help as many people as possible, discover and connect to the power of their breath.

As an Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor, I bring my playful, curious and engaging personality to meet people, groups or teams where they are at, and to see how we can improve their functional breathing.

For any of my offerings I work one-to-one, in small groups or in workplaces. I can tailor any event or engagement to suit your needs. I’m available to meet in person or online.
