Paul is the U.S. Vice President of a global specialty engineering business and a former Australian Army Infantry Officer These diverse career paths have instilled in him a deep appreciation for the transformative potential of utilizing breathwork to navigate and excel in high-pressure environments.
In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Paul, along with his wife Naomi, is deeply invested in promoting holistic wellness as the proprietors of True North Yoga studio in Boise, Idaho, where he teaches Hot Power Yoga and meditation. Their passion extends beyond the studio walls, as they have collectively trained over 700 yoga instructors across the United States, Australia, and Mexico.
Recognizing the pivotal role of functional breathing in enhancing overall well-being, Paul champions breath training as a cornerstone habit. Mastering this fundamental aspect unlocks a cascade of benefits, including improved sleep quality, heightened energy levels, reduced rumination, and enhanced circulation—ultimately leading to a more fulfilling life.
