I have been a Massage Therapist for more than 30 years in the Central Florida (Orlando) area, specializing in Craniosacral Therapy, Structural Integration and Visceral Manipulation. Creating & developing my own work I call ‘Cranial Unwinding,’ I teach throughout the U.S. & Canada, as I am passionate about sharing my work and its efficacy with as many people as possible.

Balancing, aligning,and optimizing the body and its functions by realigning and balancing the tensions in the cranial, myofascial, and visceral membrane systems are the foundation of ‘Cranial Unwinding.’ With the incorporation of advanced & diaphragmatic breath work, the circle is complete, empowering my clients to take their health & wellbeing into their own hands. I believe to breathe is to live; to breathe correctly is to live well.
