Payal Vashist

Payal was surrounded by Yoga and Pranayama (breathing techniques) while growing up in India. Her interest turned into a mission when she experienced the amazing healing benefits from practicing it after her own health challenge.

She got certified and started teaching from 2015 and breathwork became her main focus. Oxygen Advantage was a natural step forward, to help people from different backgrounds with or without interest in yoga.

Her clients range from corporate world, busy parents to athletes. Nothing gives her more joy than to see lives change by learning the use of our ultimate resource - our Breath.

She teaches online and in person in Budapest.
