Penny Letchford

Penny is the founder of a wellbeing company working with individuals, groups and companies. She integrates a variety of practical tools, including breathwork, mindfulness, stress reduction techniques and gentle movement, providing clients with practical tools for emotional regulation and nervous system flexibility.

She is a strong advocate of using functional breathing to improve mental clarity, and promote overall well-being. She believes that the way we breathe is a critical factor in our physical and emotional health and is passionate about sharing this knowledge with others.

Having worked for more than 20 years in a high-pressure, senior, professional role, she has witnessed first-hand the struggles associated with stress, anxiety and panic and the influence these have on health and wellbeing. She is particularly passionate about helping people with anxiety and panic to reconnect with their breath, teaching them holistic breathwork for symptomatic support and longer term equanimity.
