V roku 2017 som úspešne ukončil magisterské štúdium na Univerzite Komenského v Bratislave, konkrétne odbor Kondičné trénerstvo. Popri celom štúdiu na vysokej škole som sa venoval futbalovým tréningom mládeže. Od roku 2016 pôsobím ako osobný tréner v sieti EfectFit fitness centrum v Bratislave. V rokoch 2017-2019 som pôsobil ako silovo-kondičný a bežecký tréner v Adidas Runners Bratislava.

Veľmi ma baví práca s ľudským telom, ako všetko medzi sebou pracuje a zapadá do seba. Od šiestich rokov hrávam aktívne futbal. K dýchacím technikám som sa dostal v roku 2021 a začal som ich praktizovať najmä sám na sebe počas futbalových tréningov a zápasov. Už počas jednoduchého dýchania nosom som počas zápasov cítil väčší pokoj, rozvahu, koncentráciu a výkonnosť. Celá veda okolo dýchania a fyziológie ma začala ihneď zaujímať. Fascinuje ma ako dokáže dýchanie nosom v spojení so zádržami dychu ovplyvniť náš fyzický, ale najmä psychický stav. Dýchacie cvičenia počas individuálnych tréningov vo fitness centre som začal praktizovať po workshopoch s mojimi kolegami a Advanced Inštruktormi. Vďaka patrí Adamovi, Ferimu a najmä Oxygen Advantage Master Inštruktorovi Martinovi Janišovi. Vo svojich tréningových jednotkách sa venujem prepojeniu silovo-kondičného tréningu s dýchacími technikami Oxygen Advantage.

Myslím si, že správne dýchanie je kľúčom k pevnému a dlhodobému zdraviu, ktoré chce každý z nás dosiahnuť, ale len málokomu sa to podarí. Preto budem aj naďalej šíriť osvetu dýchania nosom a jeho prínos pre zdravie v bežnom živote a výkon v športe. Žijeme v dobe, kedy majú ľudia problém spomaliť, trpia množstvom psychických porúch, majú nekvalitný spánok, trávenie atď. Práve dych je prostriedok, ktorý nás dokáže dostať tam, kde by sme mali tráviť väčšinu svojho života - v prítomnom okamihu.

In 2017, I successfully completed my master´s degree at the Comenius University in Bratislava, specifically in the field of fitness training. In addition to my studies at university, I was dedicated in youth football trainings. Since 2016, I have been working as a personal trainer in the network ElectFit fitness center in Bratislava. In the years 2017-2019, I worked as a strength-conditioning and running coach at Adidas Runners Bratislava.

I really enjoy working with the human body, I am fascinated about how everything works and fits together. I have been actively playing football since I was 6 years old. I discovered breathing techniques in 2021 and started practicing them especially with myself during footbal trainings and matches. I was immediatelly intrigued by the whole science of breathing and physiology. I fascinates me how breating through the nose in combination with breath holding can affect our physical, but especially psychological state. I started practicing breathing excercises during individual training sessions in the fintness center after attending the workshops with my colleagues and Advanced Instructors. I want to express my gratitude to Adam, Feri and especially Oxygen Advantage Master Instructor Janiš. In my training units, I combine strength and conditioning training with Oxygen Advantage breathing techniques.

I believe that proper breathing is the key to a solid, stable and long-term health that each of us wants to achieve, but only a few actually manage to achieve. Therefore, I will contunue to spread the awareness of nasal breathing and its benefits for health in everyday life and performance during sport. We live in a time when people tend to have trouble slowing down, suffer from many psychic disorders, poor quality sleep or digestion etc. The breath is the means that can get us to that point where we should spend most of our lifes - to the present moment.
