I practiced Buteyko breathing since 2003 to cure my Asthma and realised the enormous benefits of functional breathing.

After managing to get rid of all medication shortly after, I decided to become a Buteyko coach in 2010 in Switzerland and was able to help many people with breathing problems.

2016 I started taking courses in Neuroscanbalance and in 2019 I attended the Oxygen Advantage® training to further advance my breathing techniques with a focus on athletes.
