Tarek is considered to be a leading authority in the field of functional training. For the past 20 years Tarek has taught a broad range of clients ranging from soccer athletes to the general population wanting a better quality of life. Tarek's passion is born out of an appetite of learning form the best including the word class breathing systems as taught in Oxygen advantage. Tarek's belief is that ultimately movement practice is a lifestyle that not only leads to a better quality for life, provides a basis for ageing young. Tarek teaches online and not face to face.
