About Me
My name is Thomas Elnegaard, and I am a trained breath coach, as well as a meditation and mindfulness instructor. For many years, I have utilized meditation, mindfulness, and breathwork in my daily life to reduce stress, enhance mental clarity, and bring more joy into everyday life. Since 2013, I have been teaching others how to do the same.
Since 2020, when I trained as a breath coach, I have developed a particular interest in the breath and its amazing powers.
I came across the Oxygen Advantage method and Patrick a few years ago and have since participated in a couple of his online workshops with great interest. Especially his take on the breath and how its connected to our focus, concentration and mental health has always fascinated me.
What I find particularly appealing about this method is that it is very scientifically well-founded, and I can work with clients based on their individual challenges and needs. And it is easy to integrate in your everyday life in such a way that functional breathing and its benefits become part of your life.
Since proper breathing is essential for a balanced and healthy life—both mentally and physically—I can help a wide range of individuals, such as those suffering from stress, anxiety, sleep problems, and athletes looking to improve their performance.
My ideal clients include busy professionals seeking stress relief and mind management, sensitive individuals needing tailored mindfulness and meditation practices, and anyone looking to improve their overall well-being through effective breathwork techniques.
I live and teach in Copenhagen area where I have my small practice in the Frederiksberg area. I teach both in native Danish and in English as well.
