I qualified as a Buteyko Breathing Coach in 2021 and in Oxygen Advantage in 2024.

All my life I had lived with asthma, and latterly, as I got older, also with anxiety and overwhelm.

Learning Buteyko initially and then Oxygen Advantage has had a positive effect on me and also my family.

Finding Buteyko was part of a journey of empowerment over my own health, which I am passionate about sharing with others. I have a holistic view of health and well being and breathing forms a large part of this.

I have created a health and wellbeing program based on my own journey to wellness, but also using my experience with clients and as a full time carer for my parents. All my work is client centred and I draw on both Buteyko and Oxygen Advantage to meet the clients needs. I am also a Journal therapy coach and meditation coach.

I am based in Ashford Kent, but teach both online and in person. I specialise in asthma and anxiety, insomnia and mental health in adults.
