I have worked in a Social Service Organization in Singapore for the past 10 years. As for the past 6 years I have been serving active seniors, frail seniors and seniors with mental health issues particularly, Dementia and Depression.
I have been designing programme to promote active aging for the active seniors and delay deterioration to frail and seniors with dementia. I have also been managing volunteers for the past 7 years in engaging them to make a difference to the community by teaching them knowledge on mental health.
I am very passionate in the field of mental health and has been giving talks and trainings to the public for the past 6 years. I am also a Certified Advance Behavioural Consultant, Professional Certified Stress Management Consultant, Certified Laughter Facilitator, Certified Emotional Intelligent Life Coach, Certified Happiness Coach, EFT/TFT Tapping Master Practitioner and has a Practitioner Membership under Complementary Therapists Accredited Association.
The breathing methods such as Wim Hof Method and especially Oxygen Advantage has added an edge to all my practices which inspired me to be a certified Functional Breathing instructor.
I love to work with all ages as I believe that anyone can benefit especially mentally and emotionally in this fast-paced world through the Oxygen Advantage breathing techniques.
