About Me
Christian Bello is the founder of RESPIRELLO BREATHNESS CENTER. An innovative wellness center in Lima (Peru) that seeks to improve people's quality of life through a unique proposal that combines technology, art, science and the transformative power of conscious breathing, meditation and relaxation in an inspiring space.
Christian is a lawyer, Doctor (PhD) in Law; Master in Meditation, Mindfulness and Relaxation; Certified Breathing Instructor; Yoga Nidra Facilitator; Specialist in Bioneurometion and Floral Essences, with more than 15 years of experience and practice in conscious breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques.
In 2009, after having gone through very difficult situations in his life, he discovered the importance of conscious breathing after a strong and unexpected experience, as intense as it was revealing, but with a very clear message and learning: <the way you breathe reveals, moment at the moment, your true inner state>.
From there, Christian began to look inside and stopped looking outside for answers. He embarked on a very deep journey of self-knowledge, hand in hand with breathing and meditative practice. Continuing that path, he complemented his intensive personal practice with the acquisition of diverse knowledge, experiences and approaches from many teachers, schools, methods and traditions related to the art and science of conscious breathing and meditation. A great learning in this long journey has been discovering Patrick McKeown’s Oxygen Advantage functional breathing method.

Christian es abogado, Doctor (PhD) en Derecho; Máster en Meditación, Mindfulness y Relajación; Instructor Certificado de Respiración; Facilitador de Yoga Nidra; Especialista en Bioneuromeción y en Esencias Florales, con más de 15 años de experiencia y práctica en técnicas de respiración consciente, meditación y relajación.
En 2009, después de haber atravesado situaciones muy difíciles en su vida, descubrió la importancia de la respiración consciente tras una fuerte e inesperada experiencia, tan intensa como reveladora, pero con un mensaje y aprendizaje muy claros: <la manera como respiras revela, momento a momento, tu verdadero estado interior>.
A partir de ahí, Christian empezó a mirar dentro y dejó de buscar las respuestas fuera. Emprendió un viaje de autoconocimiento muy profundo, de la mano de la respiración y de la práctica meditativa. Continuando por ese camino, complementó su práctica personal intensiva con la adquisición de diversos conocimientos, experiencias y enfoques de muchos maestros, escuelas, métodos y tradiciones relacionados con el arte y la ciencia de la respiración consciente y meditación. Un gran aprendizaje en este largo recorrido ha sido descubrir el método de respiración funcional Oxygen Advantage de Patrick McKeown.
