About Me
Born in Rovigo, Angela is a professional designer and breathwork trainer. For over 15 years she has been working in major fashion capitals like Milan, New York, and Hong Kong. She discovered the importance of breathing during a moment of apnea, an experience that brought her back to Italy to teach breathing techniques, after first spending time in a monastery in Thailand and then an ashram in India.
For the past 4 years, Angela has been collaborating with brands and professionals to share profound and engaging breathwork experiences amidst the stunning natural landscapes of the Dolomites. Her sessions offer an inner exploration that blends science, ancient traditions and local culture.
She also offers online workshops and sessions.
In 2023, Angela has been certified by Patrick McKeown at the Oxygen Advantage Breathing International School in Galway, Ireland. She completed her RYT200 Raja/Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training with Yogi Swamiji in Pushkar, Rajasthan, India, in 2020. Additionally, she attended courses with Master Ping and Master Kim at the Traditional Taichi School in Yangshuo, Guilin, China, in 2015 and 2019.
