As an instructor at Buteyko International and Oxygen Advantage, I conduct breathing training with the goal of improving health and performance for both the general public and athletes, either in-person or online.
Over the years, I have conducted more than 30 breathing seminars for the general public, sports associations, and physiotherapists.
As a breathing coach, I have worked with a range of clients, from astronauts in the Hungarian space program to competitive athletes, as well as individuals suffering from anxiety, asthma, and panic attacks, both in individual and group settings, live and online.
As part of children’s camps and on behalf of the Hungarian Swimming Association, I teach young swimmers and their coaches proper breathing techniques across the country.
I graduated as a Physical Education Teacher, Adapted Physical Education- and Health Promotion Teacher at the University of Physical Education.
I work as a strength coach, group fitness instructor, and personal trainer. I have been working as a trainer since 2013.
I am able to apply both the health-promoting Buteyko method and the performance-enhancing Oxygen Advantage programs tailored to the individual’s needs. Develop and heal through our collaboration.
